TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and product Leadeth.io (“Leadeth”) provided by Dorweb Ltd. By accessing or using Leadeth, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use Leadeth.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Leadeth is available on a subscription basis, which is billed monthly. Payment is collected at the time of subscribing and on the same date every following month. The subscription will automatically renew unless terminated by the customer or Dorweb Ltd. The payment method needs to be valid and accurate billing information must be provided. Dorweb Ltd is authorised to collect the fee for the subscription automatically each month.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.
SUBSCRIPTION FEE CHANGES
Leadeth reserves the right to change the subscription fee at any time. Users will be informed in advance and given the option to terminate their subscription or continue using Leadeth at the new price.
REFUNDS
Unless required by law, the subscriptions fees are non-refundable.
ACCOUNTS
Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Each Leadeth account is valid for only one LinkedIn account. Personal accounts only may be connected to Leadeth.
Users must not share their password with third parties and must immediately inform the Leadeth team in case of breach of security or unauthorised use of their account. Users must not hack other accounts or damage Leadeth property.
Leadeth is not an official feature of LinkedIn and is not responsible for LinkedIn’s practices and policies. Leadeth is not responsible for the user’s personal account or the purposes for which Leadeth is used. Leadeth is not liable for any ban on the user’s account due to their activities.
Users must disable two-factor authentication (2FA) in their LinkedIn settings prior to the onboarding session.
DISCLAIMER
Use of Leadeth is at the user’s own risk. Leadeth is generally available worldwide, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Leadeth will inform users of scheduled maintenance, but cannot be held responsible for unexpected downtime.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.
CHANGES
Leadeth reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes and must agree to the modified Terms to continue using Leadeth.

Before using Leadeth, users must read and agree to the Privacy Policy of Leadeth.
